NASHVILLE AIRPORT MARRIOTT

The people upfront were nice but when we got to the room there was a huge brown recluse under my pillow. Upon further inspection, there were more than 3 behind the bed crawling, that was enough for us to leave and book down the street. Needless to say, we didn’t get much sleep due to the huge spider incident and feeling like bugs were still crawling on us all night. The hotel needs an update and pest control! But we will never stay here again, only booked last minute without checking reviews due to it being a marriot and having park and fly for the airport. Marriot I’m ashamed at the standards you’re allowing, this isn’t the only time we’ve been disappointed lately and are about to start going to Hilton’s.

This has to be the worst residence inn I’ve ever been to and I stay at them all the time! Not impressed at all. It’s depressing.

This hotel should be completely renovated. It is one of the worst Marriott properties I have stayed at. It’s not clean, and reminds me of a motel instead of a Marriott property. They have not updated anything in years. We had several family members staying there for a graduation so we made the best of it because we were all together. But I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
