So we got switched to one room cause the first room remote wasn’t working and they didn’t have tissue in it . They have beg bugs when I talked to the dude NAMED GARY AT THE FRONT HE TOLD ME THERE IS NOTHING HE CAN DO BOUT IT I HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS FOR HIS MANAGER NICK . Gary said it was nothing he can do bout the situation

I had a terrible recent experience at the Expressway Inn on 893 Murfreesboro Rd., Nashville, TN. On February 3, 2025, a cab drove me to the Expressway Inn. As soon as I got out of the vehicle, the worker, Tasha, charged out of the office and quickly stated there were no rooms available. I found that suspicious due to the fact there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. She proceeded to tell me that I didn't like the place during the time I had stayed there, and she said it was worse now. It was like she was deliberately trying to discourage and dissuade me from staying there. The ideal is to bring customers in, not push them away. I tried calling earlier that day to verify there was a room available, but I had a bad connection and I was going to call back later. I understand it was a calculated risk going down there without verifying if a room was available. However, I figured because of my tenure I previously had there, an effort may have been made to get me a room. She was very acerbic. I stated to her that I couldn't understand why she was acting the way she was toward me. When I stated this, in an angry tone, she said something like, “Sir, there are no rooms available!” It was like she turned into a completely different person. During that time, I was previously there, I often smelled marijuana in the breezeways. Last time I checked, recreational drug use was illegal in Tennessee. Somebody needs to come and investigate this. Many drug addicts and prostitutes come to this hotel. I really wouldn't recommend anybody staying here, especially for a sustain

The Office Lady is BEYOND RIDE I wasn't in there 5 mins I had to walk out Her Attitude is HORRIBLE She Very Disrespectful I don't see how Anyone rents a room when she's in the office I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE WITH A SHORT FUSE OR TEMPER to go when she's there.... They must be really desperate for a Office Worker there's No way she would have a job anywhere else....
