Honest opinion rooms were updated but that was probably it. Breakfast was not provided it seemed. Our room was not vacuumed, swept, counters were not cleaned, and shower was not cleaned literally had someone’s hair in the shower, had someone pubes on the toilet, and someone’s hair on the counter plus a nose ring. We can only hope that the sheets were clean.

This was the worst experience of my entire life!!! The woman manager chased me down the hallway outside to my car telling me she “doesn’t care about this job I will beat your ass right here, I don’t care.” I have never been treated like this in my life. The reason why is because I stood up to her to defend me and my family. They are running a scheme. They make you pay a cash only deposit and don’t give you a receipt. When my husband and I and our infant daughter got into the room it smelled very musty/smoky but we were exhausted and just went to bed, as we have been on the road for 5 hours. The next morning we are accused of smoking cigarettes in a room with a newborn. I pulled my jacket out and lifted it from my bag and said how can we be smoking in a room yet our clothes and body doesn’t smell like it? She the proceeded to act like I threw clothes in her face and tried to beat me up. . This woman is nasty and ghetto. If you stay here get a reciept for the surprise cash only deposit. Record yourself going into the room and right then and there if something is wrong tell the front desk. I still don’t know if that will help. They seem to all work together and most likely split the money among themselves Very classless place. It’s cheap priced for a reason. Spend the extra money and save yourself from being threatened by the manager for questioning. Worst experience ever and totally ruined my first experience in Nashville!! That woman manager needs fired!!!!

When I arrived the Manager was friendly n happy to see me, because I stayed there in the past and she was so nice and amazing back then, n she said that instead of booking thru a app that she’d match what the rooms are on there. Then the next day I went to extend n before I had a chance to mention it to the other guy working the desk he said how much it was going to be so I was like “she said that you guys would match the rate” n she comes out all snippy saying something like “Well you gotta tell him”, and I’m like “that’s what I’m doing”, and then this morning after staying over a week, she yells at me from all the way across the lobby because I put two small completely tied up garbage bags into the big garbage pal in the lobby, because isn’t that what a garbage pal is for?As she’s yelling at me from across the room n other people are around n she’s like “I told you not to put garbage in there! That’s where people are eating!” Yeah n that’s where they’re putting their garbage n it’s not like my garbage was spilling out, it went in totally n hardly took up any room in the big garbage pal. It was completely uncalled for and petty. Meanwhile on the 2nd floor other people have been leaving their nasty overfilled not closed garbage bags on the floor next to the over filled garbage can, n I’m getting yelled at for putting hardly any garbage into a big garbage can. So even tho is was silly n rude how she treated me I went down and apologized n said I wouldn’t do it again n wanted extend for another night but then she lies n said they were all booked up(they’re never booked up, in fact they have a lot of open rooms all the time because it’s not that great of a hotel, n then she let the lady that was waiting after me extend for another night. So she clearly lied just because I put two small completely closed garbage bags in a big garbage pal. I am a very clean, n considerate customer n didn’t deserve to be treated like that over something so ridiculous. It’s not good for business. I was planning on staying there indefinitely n I pay daily. I guess my $ isn’t good enough. I will be filing a complaint w the better business bureau. Oh, and then she almost got into a fist fight with another customer n was about to throw something from behind the desk at him while I was standing right there n it would’ve hit me while I was being forced to checkout. I don’t know whats going on w her but her patience n customer service skills have gone down the toilet. Clearly she can’t handle to responsibility. What happened to treating customers hospitably? Not cool at all.
