Wingate By Wyndham

The doors don’t work to walk in, none of the doors work with the key on the outside of the building, the pool was closed. They couldn’t even find the key, most of the building is old and has cracks and mold, and some floors are very hot. Some floors are very cold, which obviously causes a problem in general inside of any Bill building. The staff was good especially the Front Desk lady she was awesome. She was a black lady, but you can tell that people are there just collecting a check. Do not stay here if you have a choice.

AVOID THIS PROPERTY!! This is probably one of the worst Marriott hotels I've ever been in. We were in Room 327 with no hot water. Front desk kept telling us they would come to check it out. We called three times and she didnt come because she was the only one downstairs. We called the Marriott customer service line to get some help and was told that they couldn't do anything except speak to the front desk. They called the front desk and the same clerk we had already spoke to told us the only thing she could do was allow us to take a shower in another room, but we were initially told the hotel was full. We had take a shower in another room that had no one in it but they couldn't tell us why we couldn't be moved to that room. The next day they moved us to another room and the TV didn't work. They moved us again, and guess what? No hot water again and the tub was stopped up. Never again. AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

Stay away. The room was filthy when we arrived . Beds unmade, dirty towels in floor. Front desk didn’t seem to care. Restaurant bar is a joke. Shuttle service only runs from 4am -11 am. I Never was told that. Our flight came in at 11:30. That’s the main reason we stayed there. Had to call a Uber to our car.
