HOLIDAY INN

Great location and atmosphere! The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the beds sleep so good. The rooms are kind of small but as expected. The price is fairly reasonable. Staff is helpful when needed. You hardly hear any noise and if you do it is very low. The stay at The Ramsey has many amenities especially for all kids with having a swimming pool and games as well as a huge tv on the wall in the game area. This is my favorite place to stay in Pigeon Forge and I highly recommend it!

We started in The Ramsey Hotel in Pigeon Forge. It was very clean and the service was fabulous. Great location and we will definitely be staying at this Hotel the next time we visit Pigeon Forge! I highly recommend this Hotel!

I booked this hotel because the hotel had a pool, hot tub, and bar. The pool was too cold, the hot tub jets were not working, and the bar was closed. Also we could hear people in the hallways and next door, the walls are very thin! The bathroom could use a remodel and there were white (🤮) stains on our chair. Tye breakfast buffet was ok, one morning there were no plates or bowls and the two workers were sitting at the bar. I had to go and ask them to please get more. The location was good, but most likely won’t stay here again.
