I've been to a lot of hiltons over the years and their Laurel Vacation Club was terrible. We had to wait to check in. Once we got to our assigned room there was trash and linen in front of the door. I got the Junior Studio room which was small but I knew it would be. The furnishings where really out dated. I washed my hands grabbed a hand towel to dry them off surprise it had makeup on it. Needless to say it made me feel yucky. You could heard all the sounds outside. The building itself looked nice until you got up close to it. The breeze way needs repairs For a vacation club I expect better Hilton is definitely going down hill.

This property needs major updating. We had to call to have maintenance to fix our dishwashers, the door frame was busted so they only screwed in screws to "better latch". When we requested towels, they gave us clean towels but left the dirty towels. The water drained slowly in the sinks. The jacuzzi tub water knobs are rusting out so the tub needs to be replaced. There is only one laundry facility per building. We had to use another building dryers and we had to use those dryers multiple times just to get our clothes dried.

We are mid-stay and I needed to take the time to rave about Laurel Crest. This is the most 1st class service we have ever received at a Blue Green Property. We have a large group and multiple rooms- they have been top notch getting our rooms close to each other and accommodating our various arrival times for check-in. The rooms are clean and smell nice. The pool and playground are the perfect set up for our crew. We have one rooming snafu being sorted but having worked with both day staff, night staff, and the weekend staff, each one has been more patient and kind than the last. I trust this last bit will be worked out and we finish out one of our best family reunion/vacation/celebration of life trips yet. It’s minutes from the tourist crazy fun but off the main road enough it is quiet and calm. This hotel is a perfect blend of nature and touristy.
