The pictures do not do this place justice. This is a nice clean hotel. Check in is a breeze, elevators work well, room is clean and very spacious. Bathrooms are very spacious and they provide makeup remover, Q-tips, soap, shampoo/conditioner. There is a balcony with 2 chairs. The game room is clean and had ping pong (ball/paddles provided) & foosball. The indoor pool and out door pool are very nice. There is a slide and lazy river ( no diving board), covered patio w/tables next to pool. Complimentary pool towels. Dining room is spacious and lobby has several sitting areas. I would come back to this place. My only con to this place is that the mattresses are not plush. For the price/cleanliness & amenities I will definitely return.

nice 3 star hotel, very clean. i can stay anywhere as long as its clean. Impressed with the pool as well, crystal clear. This is an older hotel as i stayed years ago under another name. they are undergoing some renovations and didn't bother us a bit. i would definitely stay again when traveling to Pigeon Forge. Clean means everything to me!! only drawback would be limited breakfast buffet but i don't eat breakfast anyway. No one else seemed to have an isue with it so i guess i shouldn't either. Lastly great location!

Great family friendly place to stay in Pigeon Forge! The Inn was very clean, employees are helpful and friendly and the breakfast is fantastic! The location couldn't be better as it is close to all the attractions. My son loved the pool, lazy river, water slide and hot tub. We will definitely stay here again when visiting!
