Comfort Inn River Suites

We got the king and queen room with a balcony. Only $107. Room was huge separated by the bathroom. Room was clean, beds are comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. Outside pool was closed but that's ok they have an indoor pool and hot tub. You can see the slides from Soaky Mountain from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent. They have biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, bagels, sausage, cereal and more. That's important to me because I have (2) eight year old boys. We will definitely stay again.

We always stay here when in Gatlinburg, it is a perfect CLEAN family hotel with indoor and outdoor swimming pools , large rooms and a DELUXE free hot breakfast. WE had a 2 queen Suite, the entire space was so large you get lost. Perfect for a large family who needed a lot of space and sanityl.

It looked bad when we drove up, and I said No we are not staying here, but the room was already prepaid so we didn’t have a choice, everyone was outside on the balconies smoking cigarettes, with some weed mixed in, the rooms are bad dated, the tv didn’t work the floor was cracked in the bathroom, the paint in the bathtub was peeling, the carpet was very sticky, if you walked from one end of the room to the other with no shoes on, your feet would be black, I highly recommend passing this place up, it’s not worth the money
