We stayed here for two nights on July 5 -8. We had a king suite which was very comfortable and clean. This seems to be a newer property. The check in and check out process was very fast and smooth. The location is excellent. Away from the high traffic areas. We used the laundry facilities which worked fine and seemed to be newer machines. Breakfast in the morning was good. Not very far to Dollywood (maybe 12-15 minutes). We will stay here again as we were very pleased.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The room was nice and clean with the exception of a couple of dirty spots on the ceiling in the shower. Breakfast stayed well stocked the entire time. Coffee is available 24 hours which is nice. If you get a room with 2 beds, they are separated by the bathroom. This is nice for privacy, but if you have kids and want to let them sleep while you get showered and around for the morning it can be hard because the sink is located in the hall between the 2 beds and not in with the shower and toilet. This meant I had to turn on a light to get myself ready and woke up the kids earlier than needed. If your kids are heavy sleepers, then you might be okay. Pocket doors between the bathroom and sleeping areas would help with that issue. It was nice that my husband could shower and get around though while I was using the sink and mirror. The air conditioning unit is located on the far side of the room, so if you get a room with double beds, the people on the other side of the room sometimes struggled to stay cool enough on a very hot summer night. Not every room has a balcony or a mountain view, so if you want one of those you’ll need to request it and be prepared to pay extra. We ended up with a room by the elevator. It was kind of noisy, so my recommendation would be to ask for a room away from the elevator. It’s close to Pigeon Forge attractions, and there is lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a nice stay, and we would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the popcorn available in the lobby made a great treat in the evening as we enjoyed the outdoor fire pit! Our room had a great configuration with the two queen beds - one on either side of the bathroom. I like having the sink out in the room, with that large counter space. I can be brushing my teeth or working on my hair while my husband showers — very convenient! The a/c unit can also be kept on continuous fan mode which helps us sleep more easily, masking any outside noise. Breakfast was pretty generous, with hot food continuously refilled right up to the end of the meal time. The hotel is off the main strip of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, so you are very central to a lot of attractions. And the price was quite reasonable, as well.
