1 star because I need management to see this for booking number 5042745966 Drove all night, booked through booking.com $260 for me to sleep in the parking lot for an hour. The hotel man was so friendly and even the travel agent with booking told me she understood my frustration but still no refund. The hotel said it’s up to the third party booking and they say it’s up to the site manager. Im getting the run around. I do not have a hotel email address to contact the manager so hopefully if you see this review please give me my money back. Your parking lot was nice but not what I purchased. My check in date was June 10th and Check out date was June 11th. I got there around 1 am and he said Check in isn’t until 3 pm…. I would be in another state at that point ..But that would be my check out day which was a pointless waste of time , money and effort. Travel agents can be helpful as well as hotel accommodations but this was dirty. Please give me my monies back. I worked hard for that.

I drove 8 hours from The Woodlands TX to pick up my son from Texas Tech University at Lubbock TX. Got there at 9:30 pm and made a reservation through priceline. The hotel was 2 and half hours away. . Buy the time we got there I've been driving a total of 12 hours. When we got there the man at front desk, tells me my reservation is for the 14th.I made the reservation on the 13th of May at 9:22pm and got to there on May 14th l at 12:30am. The front desk tells me the reservation is for the 14th and I had to pay for another room? I reserved the room on the 13th so assume it was for the same day. Wrong! Front desk called a manager and manager said No $, No room? We had to stay at a Days Inn. I canceled through priceline at 12:50am How can people do business like this?

Comfortable but very outdated with shabby furniture. Dirty hallways. Tattered bedding. Air never shut off even on auto. As a Choice Privilege member I was entitled to a bottle of water. The manager argued with me about a bottle of water!! So I'm sure not willing to update!
