DAYS INN ABILENE

The app was glitching when I booked a room, it booked it for the wrong weekend so I cancelled it. Then I got a call in the middle of the night saying I had booked 2 rooms and since I had shut off the card. The manager used another card that I had used to pay for a room a few months prior! He kept my card information from 4 months earlier and charged my card!! When customer service tried to call him he wouldn’t answer so I called again on my own, he started yelling at me saying it was my fault so he won’t reverse the charges. I asked him how he even charged my account he said “I used the other card you used before because the one you used to book the room was declined! First of all I cancelled the only room I booked on Tuesday, 3 minutes after booking it and have the email proof. I’m filing fraud for the charges and will never be back! (I stay there 5xs a year but will NEVER be back!)

10 minutes after calling for a room downstairs, booked and paid for. we was told there was no room downstairs. We called back to the Motel 6 corporate and was hung up on. I had an 80 year old women that struggled horribly to make it upstairs. The beds are like sleeping on the floor. There was roaches in the bathtub. Very rude people running the place. 174.00 dollars down the drain!! Don’t go!

This place was beyond disgusting. Our original room had different varieties of hair all over the shower and bathroom area. The towels were clearly not washed in probably weeks. The bed sheets had stains all over them and just flat out looked nasty. My son and I demanded a different room and the one we got wasn't too much better. Yes, there was less hair in the shower, but it was definitely of the pubic variety. Same issues with the towels and the bed sheets and the AC hardly worked. Whoever runs his place should be arrested for robbery since it was a non-refundable $100+ a night stay. Seriously though, you would be better off staying at a rat infested shanty behind the railroad tracks
