Comfort Inn by the Galleria

Air conditioning is inadequate for Texas. Waited an hour to try and get a different room that was really no better. Finally, checked out at 4:am

Great value. Safe area. Well lit. No complaints. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean. Really good/hot breakfast. Beds are comfortable. Big/nice TV. Lots of channels. Plenty of restaurants nearby. This is where we stay when playing softball in Plano.

We have stayed at this Best Western before, and during this trip we needed a place to stay for one more night and this location was perfect. Our room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint, which I mentioned at check-out, is the desk chair. Be careful when you sit in it/them!! I almost went straight back to the floor, and it didn't seem to be adjustable so I knew to be really careful when I used it again. Overall, this Best Western is a great value and good experience! I'm so glad we stayed here again.
