Comfort Inn DFW Airport South

We selected this hotel because we needed to park and get a shuttle to the airport at 5am. Many other hotels didn't offer a shuttle this early. The room was very comfortable and clean. We were delayed over 3 hours getting back and we landed at the DFW airport at 3am. I was concerned about getting the shuttle to the hotel at this hour. I called the number given to me and got a message about texting our terminal info at the airport. I did as instructed and within minutes I got a call from the van driver and he was heading to our terminal. I was amazed! Based on past experience with other hotels you park and use their shuttle, I did not expect this great service. We could walk to a couple of places nearby for a nice dinner and some drinks. We were not bothered by the airport noise.

Jay at the front desk was so helpful. I had a booking issue, and he went above and beyond to make sure i got in a room early and problem resolved. His attitude and helpfulness really made the situation better.

Rooms were less than I expected. Couldn't use the shuttle to the airport because the front desk decided that taking a large family with a truckload of luggage was more important than those of us who had booked times to the airport. Breakfast was a joke! I will never stay there again!
