La Quinta Inn & Suites Dallas Arlington South

This was an exceptional experience. I was allowed to make last minute reservations, check in, and then out remotely. We were greeted as if we were frequent guests by a very polite and professional staff. Our breakfast was enjoyable and were given plenty of time to eat and drink before we packed up to leave. We will be staying at that location again as it seems to be in a convenient place with regard to where we like to go while in the Arlington area. We have stayed at other places before and didn't like them so we tried and tried again, until now! Thank you LaQuinta.

Over priced, hair found in the shower and coffee allowed to run out during breakfast. Normally don't complain, but for the price they are charging there should of been better service.

Customer service is excellent and very accommodating. I had scheduled checkout for 1:00 PM, but due to issues arriving on time, a single phone call allowed me to extend it by an hour; the late checkout option is truly great. Room cleanliness is excellent, and the breakfast meets expectations. Cristina, the breakfast staff member, is very attentive and helpful with guests. Overall, this is a hotel I would choose again for a future visit to Arlington, TX.
