Econo Lodge Inn Suites

Made reservation through Choice hotels, was told to check in before 7am. We arrived at 5:45am and they said they cancelled reservation. I used points so I lost 6000. They charged me a fee to check in early. Went to first room, my 10 yr old son found a crack pipe by the TV. Second room was not what we reserved. Third room was nasty and dirty. By that time we were so tired. Staff wouldn't lift a finger to help. Do not stay here! Horrible experience!

I luv staying here the room were very clean they don't smell the staff is wonderful very friendly yes I would stay again very nice and quiet and close too everything places too eat was close I luv it yes I would sTay again 👍

The location is awesome! It's right down the street from a Waffle House although breakfast is included. It's about a 25 min walk from the AT&T center and $5-6 ride on Über. The hotel outside and inside is run down. They are in desperate need of upgrades to the linen, walls, outlets, furniture, bathroom, ref/microwave, etc. the sheets smelled clean but they looked brown. The a/c worked well. The towels are rough and old. The customer service is great though! They were very polite and helpful.
