This property is very nice. Probably the best hotel in this whole area. It's clean well maintained and the pool and hot tub are a very comfortable temperature. The breakfast was good but even better cause there were a couple ladies keeping everything stocked. The front desk check deserves credit too. I don't remember her name but the young lady as polite and we felt welcomed when we checked in.

This is a solid choice for travelers. I see past reviews from frustrated visitors staying during renovations and from what I can see, the renovations are done and this is a very nicely refreshed Holiday Inn. We stayed in a suite with two beds and a pull out couch; we were disappointed the suite didn't have a half wall between the beds and the pull out couch for a little added privacy as pictured on the website. But it worked for our family of 5. The room included a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was decent and the water is VERY HOT; which doesn't happen at every hotel. The indoor pool and hot tub were small but nice. The pool depth ranges from 4' - 6' and has a little waterfall. The kids loved it. This mama relaxed in the hot tub, which was clean and the perfect temperature. I saw a few people enjoying the outdoor seating, relaxing. The hotel was very quiet during our stay. Very typical Holiday Inn breakfast offering other than they had a pancake maker instead of a waffle maker. Everything was fresh and tasted good. Ample parking. Check in was quick and the desk clerk was nice.

Absolutely terrible, disrespectful and even racist treatment by woman working the front desk. Elderly mother and father drove 2+ hours to visit their grandkids. Invited the kids 8 and 15 to come visit the hotel and swim in the pool for 20 mins. Woman at the front desk spewed disrespectful and hateful speech telling us no way could swim in their pool and they we needed to get out immediately. Also, because I have a biracial daughter she directed hateful speech that was disrespectful essentially saying there’s no way you’re with them (me her white parent). Avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS!!!
