BEST WESTERN PLUS AUSTIN CITY HOTEL

I've been here on business before and had a positive experience, so returned again. I'm in my 50s, travel a lot and with much heavy equipment therefore always request ground-level booking. This was especially important because anyone familiar with this hotel knows what a maze it is with hallways, ramps, stairs, and small elevators. Despite the fact I made this reservation 4 WEEKS IN ADVANCE, upon checking in they did not have ground level. I was on the 3rd floor and even with the elevators thought I was going to risk a heart attack doing this every morning and evening. The room had a weird funky smell and internet was slow or our completely 1/2 the time I tried. I left too early for breakfast every day to comment about it. The front desk was nice. It's a good value for the price, but you also get what you pay for. I won't stay here again.

Luxury style hotel with an afforable price! Super clean, amazing staff, bar and restaurant included? Such a deal! Also the bed and pillows were so comfy!

love love love, from check in to check out very respectful competent staff, I felt very welcomed comfortable and safe, the pool awesome ambiance, cool vibe and people, the room very clean and tidy, anytime I'm in Austin, I'll gladly return to the Aiden!
