HAMPTON INN SUITES AUSTIN UNIVERSITY

Our room 518 was next to pool exit door that kept banging and kept us from enjoying our rest but Noah got it fixed right away and was very patient and professional despite my aggravated demeanor.

The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The water smells like musty and tastes like dirt. The swimming pool is dirty and the water is disgusting. The breakfast was gross with watery tasteless eggs and overcooked, cheap sliced smoked sausage, stale muffins, and truly horrific oatmeal that was a crime against humanity. We were here for 3 nights and housekeeping never came. Trash piled up, we ran out of clean towels. 0/10 do not recommend.

Hotel was clean and comfortable and staff was amazing. Ramon, Nelva and Laura were so nice and kind, great people.
