Holiday Inn Austin-Town Lake

The room was overall very good. Bed super comfortable, quiet. Great view of the lake and trails from 1008. Trail easily accessible from this hotel. A surprise service was on site shuttle service from Carlos. This service took us to and from establishments within 2 mile radius from the hotel. For hot weather days, this was a real perk. He was very helpful and friendly too.

It was good. Right next to Lady Bird lake and it was clean!

Wow! I was not expecting to be blown away by the service provided by George during our short stay and first time in Austin! I selected this hotel based on its amazing location and we arrived just after Noon and George was kind enough to do his best to find us an available room so we could check-in and relax after our long flight! He was super friendly and made us feel like VIPs! He also recommended the best place for dinner - Evangeline’s!! We wanted creole good and this local joint with live music hit the spot!! George is the perfect face to meet incoming guests and made us feel most welcome. We will be back!!! Thanks George!!
