Absolutely disgusting location. Trash and items left under the end from previous guests, melted candy or something on the bathroom floor, mold on ceiling and walls, no smoke detectors, just dirty and disgusting

Great location close to lots of store friendly staff and complimentary breakfast that gets restocked until it's over . Very helpful workers and very clean establishment.

The title of the hotel is completely misleading: it mentions “University Downtown”, but it is not really close to the university or the center. He's retired enough to justify that name. The room was in very poor condition. The sheets had cigar marks, the curtains had holes and the bathroom looked clearly unkempt and used. The water record was uncovered and an unpleasant smell came out at night. The lighting in the room is dismal, which makes the perception of dirt even worse. A cockroach even appeared during the stay, which is unacceptable. Besides, the mattresses were too watery and uncomfortable. The A/C was noisy and had a flavoring pine to make it smell good. We didn't have internet service but we didn't occupy it. We know it was only one night, but honestly the experience was so bad that it made me want to ask for a refund. I would not recommend it at all.
