This is the worst hotel in the area. The hostess is so rude and the rooms are awful and disgusting plus it is like the saying. You get what you pay for. The key to the room didn’t work and the carpet in the room was super filthy and torn and the sofa has cigarette burns and they claim it is a smoke free place. Steer away from here. We went into the room because the cleaning lady let us in. And when i went to complain to the front desk she told me to sit and went to ask if what i was telling her was true. We didn’t even stay there 5 minutes and she yelled at me if we wanted another room and i said. NO. We would rather lose money than stay at this disgusting place. You have been warned. It is very lowgrade .

You’ve been warned. Check the photos. Bugs all over room. Phones out. Internet out. Front desk was asleep at the checkout! No way this is a 3.5 star hotel. It is the old school Motels. Just because it says Regency dont be fooled. It is privately owned and is NOT affiliated with Hyatt.

Wow. The bullet proof glass in the lobby should have been my first hint. Second hint was the people sitting on the stairs smoking with 3-4 stamped out butts next to them drinking a beer. They tried to clean the carpet....while I was in the room!! It was 100+F that day, they maint needed to clean the A/C unit. I thought cool...a new filter, wipe down the coils, real quick and keep it working tip-top. Nope! Guy came in with a screw gun and a cart literally took my A/C unit out of the wall!! Never had anything like this happen to me before. I thought someone stole it!
