Jul 2026 • Couples If you miss your flight with American Airlines and choose this property as your overnight stay via your airline, be aware of a bait and switch. They will pick you up at the airport but will not bring you back. According to the front desk, one shuttle service at 7am. Other than that, get yourself a taxi or uber. I'll note that both this property's website and the American Airlines shows the exact opposite. They also immediately scan your voucher codes for a measly breakfast when our vouchers say, airport use. Website says FREE breakfast. When confronted, they said American Airlines reimburses them very little so they let them STEAL our $12. AA vouchers. Even their Trip Advisor page shows free shuttles and free breakfast.

Do not use this hotel!!!!!! I was issued a reservation from American Airlines for a mechanical flight delay that caused me to miss my connecting flight in DFW. I called them prior to leaving to verify they would have shuttle Service to pick me up and the girl at the front desk validated they run until 1am and then again at 4am. I called when I landed at DFw at 11pm and called the hotel. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE PHONE! I repeatedly called no answer. I called reservations and they tried to call and no one would answer. This left me stranded at the airport without any assistance from this hotel. DO NOT GO HEAR OR ACCEPT AIRLINE ACCOMIDATIONS FOR THIS PLACE!

American Airlines dumped me off here due to a delayed flight. After i was booked i gave the hotel a call to use their shuttle service and the hotel told me the soonest they could pick me up was in FOUR HOURS 😵‍💫😵‍💫 the hotel is 7 miles away from the airport, could walk there and back before the shuttle arrived lol it was crazy! Once i got to the hotel i tried to arrange the shuttle service for the morning and the only time they had available was 6 am (5 hours before my flight) lol what in the heck is that? Hotel was clean, no expensive spared on the vibes, i would equate it to a home goods store going out of business sale. It’s fine, you can shower and sleep but i would not count on the shuttle service being all that available.
