Best Western On The Island

First off the staff were great!! The problem is old beds that the springs made loud noise just sitting on. Not counting laying down and if you change position while sleeping. It was not arestful 2 nights. Then we realized there were no USB Ports at all in our room. The evening clerk told us they were in the lamp- NOPE. The morning Clerk told us we could pick up an adapter at Stripes. The hotel changed clocks so there were more more charging ports. I’d say this hotel needs to update beds and also fix the USB situation

We stayed in a suite at the Best Western for a spontaneous last minute trip down to the beach and this is the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time! The room smelled fresh and clean (not perfumed), the floors had no sand, the linens were immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. We really found like we stumbled upon a hidden gem on the island it was so nice! The pool was nice and had comfy furniture with some shady cabanas. Our kids loved the breakfast, especially the Texas shaped waffles. We seriously have NO complaints about this hotel- the staff was all so friendly and clearly took pride in their hotel and their work. This is our new go-to place to stay on Padre!

First time visiting this Hotel. We stayed overnight in the 2 Queen bed W/Kitchen Suite. We were pleased with all the amenities and service. Definitely recommend this hotel and will book this suite again soon. Great location as well. Thanks for the hospitality.
