Best Western Park Heights Inn Suites

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly, especially the young lady that checked us in. However when I went up to the front MY ID AND A PICTURE OF MY CREDIT CARD were in plain view for anyone to see. I went and worked out and went back to the desk and asked to see the info sheet and she hands me SOMEONE ELSES INFO - CREDIT CARD INFO AND THEIR PICTURE ID I did not look at the form until I was in the room, went back to checkout and get my information and return the other info and the person at the desk LIED and said she didn’t have it and tried to blame the person who checked us in. And told us a manager was not available. No wonder identity theft is so easy CORPORATE SAID they would get back to me in 3-4 days - maybe a week and they have no record of a manager to speak with on file. So frustrating because when there’s no management, lying employees and corporate will take 3-4 days and then throws in up to a week-every 5 seconds identity theft is completely understandable in this scenario

The staff is second to none but the owner decided to remove the Spectrum cable boxes switching to DirectTV, which would've been fine if they would've bought enough for all rooms. Now, the 2nd half of the 3rd floor has Google boxes. Not good for travelers who just want to watch ESPN or Fox News, not log into app's!

Wouldn’t do that again! Dirty grimy rooms and broken tv’s. Understaffed and barely functioning as a hotel. Go to the Holiday Inn Express.
