Bestway Inn Dallas

This place is nasty and stinks like mildew, they booked me a room and when I get there the room I choose was not avail and they gave me a different one no upgrade no nothing didn’t even care that they don’t have the room I booked and I drove all the way down from Arizona don’t even have a bathtub in room gave me handicap room. I am so furious there staff is dumber then dumb and doesn’t even try to help.

Nice reasonably priced motel/inn, neat and clean linen, good to stay while on drive.Having adequate facilities like TV , fridge, oven, drier, wifi, parking in front of room.24x 7 service . All rooms adequate with two double beds in each room.

Where to start? No ice, no vending or coke machines, smoke detector unplugged, furniture dirty, blow dryer doesn't work (found out after I wet my hair), bathtub drain cover off, feet stick to carpet, no microwave, crappy bed with no box springs, had to pay deposit on key and remote control, safety lock broken, employee not concerned, etc. Now for the good, um really nice refrigerator, really! Sadly, this is the worst hotel I have ever been to and this was certainly not the cheapest one that I have stayed in.
