My stay at the Crowne Plaza on 7050 Stemmons Fwy was exceptionally a pleasure. Being in HR, I recognize the difference in customer service and hospitality. The front desk ladies delivered excellent hospitality. They made me feel welcomed and not just a paying guest. I wish I knew all three of their names but I do remember Tameka because I interacted with her more. This is in no way to slight the other ladies. Simply amazing. They went the extra mile to make sure my room was up to my standards. They always smiled and spoke every time I entered and exited the building. They really made me feel right at home and I would recommend this hotel for personal and business travel to anyone. You guys got it right from check in and I sincerely appreciate it!
