This was a wonderful hotel! The cleanliness and staff were amazing!

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior by front desk staff and "front desk supervisor" upon check in when no clean rooms available after check in time. Staff refused to allow check in for prepaid room, refused to offer or accept alternatuve solutions (such as later cleaning) or substitute alternate rooms. Refund was not offered nor issued and racial slurs rendered by front desk staff in response to offering solutions for timely check in. If you are looking for hassle free and a harassment free stay or relaxation, this is not the choice for you. If you like being threatened and verbally assaulted with racial slurs, all for a hefty price, this is the perfect match.

The location was great! FREE BREAKFAST! Super close to all the attractions and stadiums, a few walkable restaurants stadium was also kinda walking distance, but I'm not a walker so we took a uber and to my surprise it was super cheap I paid about $10 for a stadium ride. We didnt originally know about the free Trolley, found out after but I know for next time. We wasn't sure where to go or what fun things to do but the lady at the Desk, I think her name was Candy gave us some great recommendations, from food to try to family fun and adult fun! If you stay here, I'd suggest you ask her all the questions! Overall, we all loved our stay and the staff! This trip was one for the books and we will be back !!!
