Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites DFW Airport

I had a room there the room was clean. Front Desk pm shift were great but I couldn’t sleep even a minute because the airlines noisy and the heater system was so old in that hotel room 327 highly recommend to not stay stay there . The shuttle car is very dirty too.

Excellent service. Comfortable and clean. Near the DFW International AirPort. It has transportation to and from the airport by prior reservation.

The shuttle experience was terrible. Waited almost an hour at the airport as we watched Hyatt and many other shuttles pass by over and over! When I spoke to Justin at the front desk he was pleasant BUT really couldn’t even tell me how to identify where his shuttle would come to or how to tell which terminal/ gate we were at. Very unhappy with our introduction to this property. I hope it gets better and will definitely recommend ubering to avoid this hassle . Now worried about our 4 am shuttle back 😒
