Wonderful staff and convenient location. Well maintained and safe property. Do wish the breakfast was an optional feature so that those of us who are on special diets and taking advantage of the in suite kitchens would could benefit in a reduced rate.

Hyatt House Lincoln Park is a hotel that truly caters to all of your needs. Whether you are staying for a few nights or an extended visit, the thoughtful amenities and welcoming atmosphere make it easy to feel right at home. The staff checking me in were able to get me to my room quickly so I could make an important meeting without any delays. When I arrived in my room, I was pleased to find it well equipped with a full kitchen, large bedroom, living room, and dining area. Although the hotel is intended for longer-term stays, it worked perfectly for my short-term visit and provided far more space than I expected. The gym was compact but had everything I needed for a solid workout. The pool and hot tub were spotless and made for the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. I found myself sitting outside, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and simply relaxing for a while. Little moments like that made the stay even more memorable and reminded me why I enjoy properties designed for extended stays. Overall, I really liked the hotel and its convenient location near Lincoln Park and SMU. I will definitely be back and plan to spend even more time relaxing in the hot tub.

We booked this hotel for my yearly trip for medical appointments. We typically stay at the DoubleTree across the highway but I was tempted by the free breakfast and ability to walk to the mall for food. The positives: the breakfast was fine, sausages, eggs and pancakes were worm. The negatives: Oh boy, the rooms are loud, not from partyers but from anyone walking across the floor either above your room, next to it, or in your own room when someone walks across the floor. The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was builders grade cabinet with exposed plywood?! Oh and the shower didn't drain, so that was fun. The fine:You could walk places but it involves cutting through parking lots. The weird: check out the phone from 1992 We had booked for two nights but escaped after one. Never again.
