Trying to save a few dollars I chose this hotel relatively close to where I needed to be for business. Do not stay here if you want a good night sleep. The walls between rooms are paper thin and I listened to a man conduct business by phone as if he was sitting next to me. The floors? No better. Every step above me I could hear. It’s a 3 floor hotel so if you have to stay here, get on the third floor and hope nobody has a room next to you. To add insult to injury there is a basketball court outside where somebody bounced the ball until 10:30pm and was very loud. Absolutely aweful for $200/night.

The property is old/dated. People must have been cooking as the place smelled like a kitchen. The tv said “free hub” but when I tried to cook on hbo it would not work. I tried another room but it didn’t work there either, which tells me that they are not paying for the hbo, need though they advertise that they have it, which is disappointing. It a pleasant place.

This is a dump. The rooms are shoddy and they smell like mildew. The staff is essentially useless when requesting specific services. The breakfast is very limited and less value than Holiday Inn. The owner of the property is only concerned about money vs service delivery. This property does not meet the standards of the Marriott brand. There are better places with friendlier people, better service and staff own aim to please the tenants. I will never stay at this property ever.
