This place doesn't do a lease, only a month to month, and the only background check is a criminal, not a credit check. She allows you to split the rent payment and it's all bill paid.

This hotel towed my car while I was there visiting a friend. I had been there many times before without incident and had never met the manager and her...whatever he is. We stayed there recently, before our move to Austin. Our lease was done and we needed a place to stay for just a month before our move. New owners are really trying to make this property work. Place is family-friendly, rooms are spacious, they also have full kitchens, with stoves and full fridges. Central location and great management.
