This place is terrible. It looks pretty good in photos. This is deceptive. They rent to lowlives of all sorts. I witness rampant prostitution. Johns coming and going all hours of the night. The working girls and pimps would rent a unit. People openly smoke marijuana in the hallways. There are many single moms with 2, 3, or 4 kids who live there long term. They generate huge amounts of trash and put huge bags of trash in the halllways a night. Housekeeping will get to it in the morning during the week, There is no housekeeping on the weekends, so the trash remains ther all weekend7 . There is no weekend housekeeping. There is no onsite staff on Sundays. One person is supposed to be there on Saturday until 3 pm. This person usuualy cnnot be found. No one is onsite after 7 pm weekdays. If you leave your card key in the room, they will not respond to there emergency phone number. Ther worse thing is the pets. Many people have dogs. Many have 2 dogs. There are many pit bulls. People let there dogs crap all over the groundds, Even on the walkways in front of the entrances and exits, They do not get it up. There is dog poop everywhere. During the ice storm in february, people allowed their dogs to crap in the hallways, and left it for housekeeping. Some people leave their doors all night, with their dog s barking all hours of the night, and babies crying. It sometimes seems like an insane asylum.

BEWARE! DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! My reservations were canceled by the terribly incompetent owner/manager, Ram, a day before I arrived because he mistakenly confused me with another guest with the same last name. He said because the room was cancelled, I would be charged twice if I wanted to book "another" room, even though it was his mistake. Ram, the owner of the hotel, is honestly, one of the rudest imbeciles I have ever encountered. He refused to amend his error, began to yell at me, literally insulted my family and then walked away. I was charged for a room I never cancelled and never stayed in. Please do not ruin your trip by booking at this hotel. I went to the Hilton where I was warmly welcomed and taken care of.

This hotel is filthy, there is a staff shortage, beyond rude employees, no room cleaning service. Infested with lice - had to pay hundreds to get rid of head lice! My business partner also got lice and he stayed in a different room. When we called the manager to report it, he told us to choose another hotel next time. Didn’t even apologize. Do not stay here.
