Sterling Hotel

Hotel is not clean and is very dirty. Lots of homeless and people doing drugs around the building. Bed bugs are Hotel wide and they know it but they choose not to do anything about it and there are a high quantity of roaches. Do not stay here

Beg bugs and roaches are plentiful, come and go from room to room free of charge. Requires 15 to 60 minutes or more for the water to get from cold to less cold to lukewarm for a shower, never hot enough for a good clean. Long term guests say this is normal. Front desk acted offended and hostile when it was brought to their attention. No improvement in 7 days, checked out into Hotel whose owners aren't abusive to the guests and obey laws governing Hotels.

do not stay here, overrun with roaches and bed bugs
