Super 8 Lancaster Dallas Area

The only thing that can be said about this place is the sink area, as for other things there are plenty of bugs, bathroom area is surely not impressive, sleeping area I stayed in a two bed suite and the first ved closet the front door the sheets wherr fine, the other bed closet to the wall and bathroom the sheets looked like they haven't been changed, the refrigerator looked to have mold surely NOT CLEANED, to scared to look at the microwave, afraid it may have a surprise for me. I recommend that whoever the management of the Hwy Express Inn /Suites take a good look at the housekeeping of your establishment. As for a rating I think not especially for the amount of over $60 a night.

Checked in on Friday for a week. Door does not open, light is green but handle don't turn. Said they would be hete to fix sat, sun, monday...still no one. No phone in room that works. No internet, it's all limited. TV in my room stopped working. Food splashed or sprayed on walls in room and bathroom. Go into office at night and one of the girls will be sitting in chair with sock feet up against the wall. Woman in daytime don't know a thing, can't get out of her chair to talk to guests. The rooms do smell like pee.

Wow where do I start I was in Dallas for a family visit and saw this nice hotel off the HWY 35 and Pleasant Run as I walked in the front I saw it wasn't really clean and smelled a little weird I looked over it being it was hot and I was ready to rest when I walked into my room I noticed the phone didn't work AC unit was barely working and the bedspread had smoke holes in them I also noticed the floor was dirty as a 10 year dump truck I wanting to leave immediately I told myself I can handle this until early morning as I was watching television that was so high up the wall I couldn't position myself in the springy beds to watch television (ugh) was very uncomfortable so I sat up straight and noticed a red bug looking at me on the pillow I had been lying on also i noticed a bug that looked like a blood clot just moving I jumped up and noticed another and another and another and another and I call the front desk and told Butterflies' that their was bed bug in their room and to come look and the bugs I killed on the pillow and the bed she came in noticed the bugs herself and was saying something about it being nasty and she been told the manager (Alex) aka AJ or whatever his name to spray the rooms for bed bugs but it was going to cost him 1000 a room she also had some Othro bed bug spray with her and asked me if she could spray my clothes and etc.. I found that kind of strange for her to have bed bug spray on DECK anyway she moved us to room 116 which smelled the same and looked dingy as the first one room 115 that morning I went to the front desk and ask for Alex aka AJ aka whatever his name is of course he wasn't there and butterflies either there was another lady at the front I told her about the bed bug and also showed her the pictures I took the next morning YES!!!! the room still had the smashed bug on the bed and pillows from the night before butterfly' didn't even clean the room or change the sheets (ugh) it was still in the same condition she wrote my name and number down and told me someone will be in touch with me but unfortunately Alex never called people my wonderful people who love to travel like I do please don't go and let the bug eat u up I should have done more research But bed bugs are taking over and hotel are taking our money.....Thanks for letting me share this with the world sorry (butterfly) aka lady at the front desk!!!!!!! P.S. Theirs no breakfast so don't let that or the microfrige Fool Ya! Be careful of the lose plugs bring your own spray and remember to stomp
