Hi Nicole and the entire team at Hilton Garden Inn, I just wanted to take a moment to express our deepest appreciation for the absolutely wonderful service my family and I received during our recent stay. We were navigating a really tough period, and honestly, the exceptional care and understanding from everyone, especially you, Nicole, made such an incredible difference. From the moment we stepped through your doors until the day we had to reluctantly depart, every single aspect of our visit was nothing short of perfect. You all managed to create such a comforting and supportive environment that truly helped us through a difficult time. It felt like a peaceful retreat when we needed it most, and we’re so grateful for the warmth and professionalism everyone showed. We’re already eagerly anticipating our next trip and can't wait to experience your outstanding hospitality again – hopefully under much happier circumstances next time! Thank you for everything.

Worst hotel experience ever. The area was scary the rooms are hot and stuffy I moved twice. Could not wait to check out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Worst hotel experience I've ever had. My Truck was stolen from the lot within 7 minutes of arrival. The parking lot is completely open, it's clear organized car theft rings camp in it and wait for the vehicle of choice. The camera coverage on the exterior is non-existent and they act like they're proud of it. Despite the severity of the incident, no manager came to assist at the time, and days later there had been zero follow-up from the hotel. What's most concerning is that this doesn't appear to be an isolated incident. Law enforcement indicated that vehicle theft has been a recurring issue at this property, and that the hotel has previously been warned about the need for stronger security measures. Public records and reviews also show multiple similar incidents in recent months. Yet there's no visible effort to improve safety or even warn guests... strange, I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here to think twice.
