Motel 6 Dallas - Duncanville

Absolutely. I understand what you're trying to say: **you're exhausted from driving since early morning, and when you finally return, you shouldn't have to worry about whether you'll have hot water to shower and go to bed.** Here’s a stronger version for your review: ⭐️⭐️ I am extremely frustrated with my experience here. There have been multiple times when the hot water has not been working. As someone who works driving for Uber, I can be up working as early as 4:00 or 6:00 in the morning and driving for hours. When I finally return to my room, all I want to do is take a hot shower, get comfortable, and go to bed. It is very frustrating to come back exhausted and not know whether I am going to have hot water. I have asked when this issue will be permanently taken care of, but I still don't seem to be getting a clear answer. What makes it even more frustrating is that management expects me to have my room payment in before 11:00, even though my income comes from driving and depends on how busy it is that day. I am not asking not to pay. I am asking for a little understanding and flexibility because I am working to earn the money. I just want the same consideration that is expected from me as a paying guest. If you expect me to make sure my payment is in on time, I should also be able to expect basic things like **hot water when I return to my room**. After working all day and being exhausted, having to worry about whether I can even take a hot shower before bed is extremely frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously and gets this issue permanently resolved.

The room was quiet Clean. It wasn’t open yet, but there was a nice pool Paul P. The guy at the front desk was very helpfuland courteous. We had a problem with the AC the last night we were there. He took care of us. Also it was awesome to be to take our two kitties.
