I have stayed here many times and tonight I was lucky to waited on by Danny. He approached me with a big welcoming smile and a friendly greeting. He helped me select a suitable room and took care of some side matters. Outstanding customer service!

These folks are amazing! Showed up at last minute due to airline rerouting me to ELP instead of ABQ. They managed an airport pickup (free!) for me and my bike, stored my bag and were generally helpful and friendly throughout my stay. Easy walking to university area shops. Free trolley to downtown right outside the hotel. It’s a “garden inn” so don’t expect sparkling new facilities, but everything is clean and functional. Most importantly, the service is five stars — better than you’d find at most of Hilton’s fancier brands. Would definitely stay again.
