Sleep Inn

Good afternoon, it is worth mentioning before starting the review that we have been clients of this hotel for some years, on this occasion we stayed for a couple of days, and we consider that they have let the hotel fall little by little, the room where we stayed The window was half open and the glass was broken, we had to close it carefully since the noise was quite loud. The pool boiler did not work, the water was extremely cold. Very good breakfast. The complaint we have is that after a long day of shopping, we returned to the hotel and the room was not cleaned. I went to the counter upset and a young man helped me. This was on Saturday the 25th at night; I asked to speak to the manager and the manager only answered his call and did not contact me, arguing that due to covid policy, when they stay more than 1 night, cleaning is done every second day, which seems absurd to me... I say in the end we are talking about cleaning which is something critical to avoid it... in the end the young man told me 'If you don't like it, change the hotel', which sadly we will do on our next visit to El Paso, it is for this last reason why we will not return to this hotel, the facilities we can understand, you get what you pay for... but rudeness is not negotiable

We are traveling across country with our dog and they were accommodating and friendly. It is also conveniently located to restaurants and shops. The skyline drive is not far and you are able to overlook both El Paso and Juarez, Mexico. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

For a budget hotel, this was an amazing surprise! Recent updates to the property and decor have truly changed the face of the Sleep Inn brand. (Please note this is for the Sunland Park location.) Staff is very attentive and happily shares area points of interest. Beds are on the softer side but very comfortable. Large showers. Rooms well cleaned. Breakfast are is clean as well as pool area. Pool is heated for colder months.
