We love staying at this hotel it’s very clean they are always cleaning also very nice location easy way to get to the hospital. I would 1000% recommend to anyone.

We were in a difficult situation due to a family emergency—my relative was hospitalized across the street—and needed to stay nearby. Unfortunately, I encountered several challenges during the booking process that added unnecessary stress. Despite my family’s efforts to assist with the reservation over the phone, we were told we had to go through a third-party service. This was not only inconvenient but also confusing, as we were quoted three different prices for the same room. Ultimately, I chose to stay only because of the proximity to the hospital, not because of the booking experience. I hope you’ll consider reviewing your booking policies and communication practices to make it easier for families in urgent situations to secure accommodations directly. A more streamlined and compassionate approach would make a big difference.

I can’t even put it as a 1 this Rick who is the GM please contact me we didn’t stay there after a long 15 hour drive we had reservations threw an app and once we got there the front desk tenant had no name tag on and asked for id and form of payment we gave her the a new real id driver’s license then she asked for payment and we were trying to clarify because we thought we get charged threw the app so when we went to check our phone we asked for our id back and then said ok and gave her our military id and she asked for payment again then said they can’t take military id . I don’t know of any business that doesn’t accept a federal id just a state one then she was extremely rude and so we asked local law enforcement to come because we don’t want to be charged for anything and they came and coped an attitude with the local pd and said that they didn’t have to show us the police and obviously looking at these complaints the staff is unacceptable for someone that works in healthcare and also military service it’s unexpected right outside a military base. They have the right to refuse but all we were tying to do is see a policy to understand why they won’t accept the military id. I will also be complaining to corporate will never stay there.
