Absolutely horrible experience. They changed my room type before i arrived, didn't even let me know and rodeo was in town so no other hotels available. I booked king they put me in queen. Stayed 3 nights, asked for housekeeping never came, then got into argument basically after working all day then going to room and called the front desk to know room wasn't cleaned. she came up to check with housekeeping on speaker who was aggressive, loud and rude saying my room was cleaned and I was lying. The employee who came to my room saw it was not done, and cameras would show I was out all day, had just arrived from work. The manager called, same night saying she would like to send me points for what happened, an extremely small amount she never did, and NEVER followed up with me even though I called multiple times after I left. Very disrespectful group, this was just the worst of it. Went to get coffee in the morning, an employee pushed in front of me to get hers. Came in the afternoon, lady popped up her head to say hi , then saw me and put it back down. But the man right behind me she says, welcome in! we just made fresh cookies if you want some. It was just the worst customer service and I am a diamond member and stay with Hilton the majority of my travels. Not anymore. And the pool was closed, noone tells you prior to arrival. Just stuck with what you get here.

Although Hampton Inn, Pecos, TX could use a renovation, we found the services to be excellent. We would book again.

Very pleased with our stay. Convenient to the highway. Room was quiet enough, but a room on the back, away from the highway would be preferred next time. Very friendly staff. Get a cookie we you check in. Breakfast was okay.
