Microtel Inn and Suites Dallas Ft. Worth

The pillows were tiny. The whole place had a must smell. There were signs everywhere saying that they will charge you for smells left in your room. The whole area was sketchy.

Love the hotel the room was perfectly nice just need bigger trash cans and more of the updating of Furniture I'm sure it's coming but I enjoyed it all very nice,clean hotel the lobby was beautiful in modern the continental breakfast needs to be added to a work done and with updating the furniture in the room this could be it for a star hotel in my opinion

This hotel takes deposits and falsely accuses people of smoking in the room and keeps the deposit didnt even get the room that was paid for or the “Jacuzzi” that was paid for ive read multiple reviews saying the same thing aswell which is ridiculous because absolutely nothing changes about this hotel as you can see.
