I am a nurse in town working night shift, and booked several nights, starting Friday night so that I can sleep on Saturday morning, before returning to work Saturday night. When I arrived Saturday morning, I was told that I was a "no show" the night before, so my reservation was canceled. I received no such notification. I tried explaining that I work nights, and am just now getting off work and going to bed, but I was met with a blank stare and few blinks. The website explicitly stated check in was "anytime". So I was left stranded with nowhere to sleep but my car, as no local hotel could accommodate a new reservation with immediate 730am check in. I was not refunded or offered any recourse.

Let's start with the pungent smell of marijuana; from the elevator to the stairwell. The roach that was chilling on the shower towels. Stayed for a week never once was the sheets changed. Never have an employee working at the desk. If you find one they will be on there personal phones in the back and answer calls while you're talking to them. The smell of weed was constant I left the window cracked; got calls from the front desk to close it but wouldn't fix that first issue. After this trip gotta spend that money for this crew to go to La Quinta.

I very very seldom give a bad review, I always try to hi light the best points and rarely have bad or negative reviews but there is simply nothing good during my 5 day stay at this location. Only reason I stayed the full 5 days is because it was paid in advance by another party and they were unable to get any refund. My son and I were there for a funeral (the person was to be removed from life support the day after we arrived and then funeral arrangements made later. The room smelled, the bathtub had black marks like someone stood in it with boots on and left scuff marks. I had to pull the filters out of the air conditioner/heater unit and clean them to get the unit to half way work (the filters were simply screens but were so filthy there was almost zero air flow. The bed covers on both beds were stained and there were stains on the window seat cushion. There was a smell every evening like someone was having a huge “pot” party and every morning cigarette smoke filled the room. The room card key only worked once and we had to get a new one every time we left the room. The desk clerks were extremely rude. Out of the 5 days we were there we had to get nine room keys in order to get back in the room. We were on the second floor. One time we were lucky enough to have a maintenance man in the hallway that let us in or we would have had to get a total of 10 room card keys. The sheets and pillowcases were stained. The beds were made every day, but the sheets and pillowcases were never changed. I opened the bath mat towel and it was stained and even had grass clippings on it. The parking lot was filthy and there was a large pink bra in one of the bushes at the front door and either a condom or glove on a bush on the other side (it was far enough down in the bush that we couldn’t tell exactly which it was and definitely didn’t want to investigate further). We had to have someone run off people casing the parking lot several times. There were loud banging noises above our room each night like someone was dropping a bowling ball several times. There were power saw noises down our hall every day. The tv remote didn’t work and we had to go down to the front desk to get another one. I could go on but I think you can get the picture. Below is a picture of the bath mat immediately after I had opened it. That is the least disgusting picture and nicest picture I could take during our stay there.
