Radisson Fort Worth South

This was our first time using your hotel and it was a very poor first impression. We requested a non-smoking room, especially since our oldest has asthma. The received the only rm left upon arrival that was smoked in. The bedding covers and blankets had numerous cigarette burn holes in them. It was a very nasty and dirty feeling environment. One towel has black gunk on it. The tub was missing a lot of paint inside. There were items broken, had mildew/black mold, scuff marks, etc. The TV remote had no menu or guide to click through, had to go channel by channel, not modern or efficient at all. Hotel smelled strong of smoke and weed, like a "LOT" of it. I started getting the munchies as I grasped for an inhaler myself... We were excited about breakfast too, but our high hopes were shot down when there was honey buns and donuts in packages, the kind you get from a gas station. Then 2 types of cereal and oatmeal. We assumed it was eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, fruit, toast, toster, bagels, waffles/pancakes, something good. It was extremely disappointing overall.

Rooms are extremely dated and you can see maintenance is non-existing. Bathroom tub was full of stains and peeled, chairs were broken and fixed with duct tape. This is not worth the $100 a night they ask for, do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The hotel is definitely in a somewhat secluded area off the side road. The pool doesn't work and we didn't have hot water The first two days of our stay. We have 3 kids and they only have one kid channel. The staff just seemed annoyed we were even at the hotel. The only one who made us feel welcome is the lady who works overnight. Breakfast is basically non existent.
