Affordable Suites of America Fredericksburg

Reserved a room and they told me I didn’t have a reservation when I clearly did and had the confirmation from them and the booking platform. In fact, the booking platform told us they themselves received confirmation from the motel. Anyway, we had to be placed in another brand name hotel, more reputable and upscale. We were thankful for that. It’s hard to trust motels these days. Reserve at your own risk.

The rooms are clean, well maintained and the service staff were extremely kind and professional. The General Manager ( Vicki Drake ) was the best. I’ve been here for a bit. My company paid for the first few years. I build roads for a living, so most jobs I’m on take awhile to complete. I feel so at home at this place. Just want to say that Affordable Suites of America ( Fredericksburg ) is the best place I’ve stayed in all my years on the road. Thanks Miss Vicki.

DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. My single mom friend and her 4 minor children tried to stay here this past week and it was THE WORST hotel experience one could have! The front desk clerk barged into her room at least TWICE without notice or knocking, harassed her minor child accusing him of flooding the bathroom, left her minor child alone in the room with a stranger (the plumber), kicked them out on the 3rd day because they had "too many people" (they’re CHILDREN), refused to give her a phone number for the corporate office, and refused to reimburse her for any inconvenience even though they were unable to use the bathroom for 2 out of 3 days they stayed there! She paid for a week but the clerk said they had to be out by 11:00 today or she would call the cops on them for trespassing! My friend asked her for the corporate number and a written copy of the contract but she refused because she said she was "the boss of this place" and then the cops showed up at 9:30!! She will watch your EVERY move and then go into your room without knocking--even if you tell her you're not dressed! Do not stay here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER and this is hardly the Hyatt. Good grief!!!
