HAMPTON INN - SUITES GAINESVIL

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself I feel needs an update. It didn't have the same airy, high end feel as other Hamptons we have stayed in on our trip. The elevators were jerky and noisy, kids took the stairs cause they didnt like the jerks or noises the elevator made, when you scan the code for amenities, they dont all match the hotel, the tv channels, pool info to name some, bathroom had no fan, hallways felt stuffy. All little minor things but they add up throughout the stay and they dont make it feel like a Hampton.

We have been to a few hotels when we visit Winstar casino, and I highly recommend Hampton Inn and suites ! The rooms are spacious, clean and most of all 10 mins from Winstar. We will most definitely be staying there all the times we go back to Winstar. Great hot breakfast too !

When our own tour with the Joker and Jester Comedy Tour we always appreciate an easy check-in. Days of long driving are much more manageable when you don’t have to deal with troubles to check in. The room was super clean and equipped with all modern conveniences. Would recommend this place to any traveler.
