Maravilla Seawall Condos

Our condo was great, very clean and had everything we needed… however the hot tub was small and kept breaking and this was during Spring break! I even called to make sure it worked before we booked. The heated pool was not the cleanest but everything else was great! Good location and family friendly :)

Noisy noisy noisy. Some of the noise is out of their control but some is not. They might want to consider battery operated leaf blowers. Really irritating at 8 in the morning to hear this just outside our room that is supposed to be part of a resort.

Same as other reviewers ~ our specific unit was clean and nice but the outside and inside elevators disgusting !!! And we met a resident that said her unit is being redone due to black mold ~ scary !!! We will NOt be staying here again !!! Parking attendant gave us a ticket and we had to go back to office to show them our parking pass in our window ~ too much time out of vacation time to hassle with parking passes ~ etc…. In my opinion this should come with the rental
