Best Western hotel in Granbury Texas. This hotel has advertised on there website for over two years that they have a working hot tub and heated pool which is false. It's very deceiving that you don't find out until you get there that it is not working. I only stay there because it is the cleanest hotel in Granbury. If you are traveling and want a pool or hot tub for your kids to enjoy this is not the hotel you want to stay at. Every time I stay they've said the part is ordered and it will be fixed next week, then it's next month. My visit over this last weekend their answer to the pool problem was that it's in process of being fixed completely redone new pipes and everything and then it should be ready in 2 weeks, I think I'll call and see in 2 weeks.

Definition of a eh hotel. Room has a bunch of lights out and spiders on the shower curtains. Not a great location. Gym looks like it was abandoned in 1937. Not too clean but oh well. Mr. Patel, the manager was very nice and helpful. I would prefer the holiday inn as I have stayed at both now and the Holiday Inn is a lot better

The room was comfy for the most part. There’s a bar sink in the room, but it didn’t work and was not clean. But the breakfast was a misnomer. The food provided was anemic and cold. The “eggs” were fake and barely warm; the biscuits dry and crumbly. If you’re thinking you’ll save money on your trip by not having to buy breakfast out, think again.
