Booked reservations online utilizing Priority member points. Notation was documented that my family member would arrive before me. Checked in online & submitted id verification. Then concerns started. Family member arrived & front desk wanted ‘another’ copy of my ID & CC….despite having submitted to secure online portal. Two days after checking out, the hotel is attempting to charge an additional amount for the stay (which was already paid in full). Contacted hotel for itemized receipt & asked about attempted charge. Was told he wasn’t sure and would speak with supervisor & call me back. Never Received emailed receipt nor phone call. Called hotel again the next day, asking for itemized receipt to be emailed & about unauthorized charges. Once again, I was told they’d have to look into it, speak to whomever worked that night & would call back. Very suspicious & deceptive practices. Be sure to verify your receipt at check out & watch your credit card for additional charges. This is very disappointing.

Beware of Room Next To Elevator. Whoever was above us sounded like an elephant running across the floor and this went on late in the night and early the next morning. The walls must be thin because you can hear people getting off the elevator walking by and talking. I will say the room was spotless and spacious but nothing special. To be a suite I would have at least liked a walk in shower. If you stay here definitely request a room away from the elevator. It could be a total different experience.

Facility is okay but in need of a refresh. They use the “tiny” pillows that are so very uncomfortable and management will not keep some standard pillows in housekeeping for those that hate to stay awake all night due to the terrible pillows. Bad decision as I will never return to this hotel again. Staff is nice and were very apologetic but could do nothing.
