Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The small bottles of toiletries they provide, the lid doesn't come off, and they are so hard to squeeze you only get a drop. Also, no full-length mirror.

That couch in the Hollywood suites was broken and I had to bring my air mattress sleep on the floor this needs to be fixed or get a new one

The service of the people were fine and the breakfast was standard. The problem was more with the room having some damage, stains in the carpet, water damage to a part in ceiling, and dark spots I would think was mold.
