Horrible. Extremely dirty filthy bug infested. Health Department needs to close this place down. See attached photos.

I had requested a handicapped accessible room for a walk-in shower. My first step into the shower nearly left me on the floor as I slipped, thankfully, into a bar that allowed me to stay up. Because there was no soap dish in the shower, the soap spent most of the time on the floor. This caused the slippery condition. This was nothing compared to the filthy condition of the room. There were spider webs on the wall above my bed. There was black gunk on the floor throughout the room. Because the floor was black I didn't realize how bad it was until I put on my house shoes at home and TRACKED it all over my bathroom. Not only was it filthy, there was not a single glass or cup for water or coffee. The bed cover was stained, and the curtains were covered with "something," which I think was a poor attempt at removing spider webs.
